The charged amount covers selected service options when creating the waybill. Price adjustments may apply if the customer-entered weight and dimensions don’t match the carrier’s recorded data upon receiving the package. International destination taxes are not included; customs of the respective country calculate and charge them.
– Insurance is optional for DHL shipments
– Mandatory for FedEx shipments
– Mandatory for Purolator shipments. ( No insurance applies to ground shipments to the USA with Purolator International.)
